Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order value is required. The remaining balance must be settled the day before your lesson or upon arrival at our office before the lesson begins.
Important: All clients are required to visit our office the day before or at least 1.5–2 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. This visit is essential to:
Complete the final payment.
Receive a full briefing on the lesson location and meeting point with your instructor.
Ensure a smooth and timely start to your experience.
Deposit Refund Policy
Your deposit will be fully refunded only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Cancellation made at least ten (10) days before the lesson start date.
Inability to travel to Bulgaria due to a documented emergency (e.g., war, natural disaster, flight cancellation with official proof).
The deposit is non-refundable in all other cases.
Lesson Refund Policy (After Full Payment)
Once the full payment for the lesson is completed, a refund is possible only in these specific situations:
A documented emergency (as defined above).
Lack of snow on the slopes, making skiing/snowboarding impossible.
An injury sustained during the lesson that prevents you from continuing.
We are unable to issue refunds for any other reasons. By booking a lesson, you exclusively reserve the instructor’s time, and we decline all other requests for that slot.
By proceeding with the deposit payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds are issued for bookings made with BANSKO EXTREME (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a tour through our website banskoextreme.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at banskoextreme@gmail.com.
Refunds are issued as follows:
- Cancellation more than 28 days before the tour → 100% refund of the deposit/full payment
- Cancellation between 28 and 7 days before the tour → 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour → no refund
2. No-Show
If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time (“no-show”), no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in the following cases:
- Force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest)
- Insufficient number of participants
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If we cancel a tour, you may choose between:
- A full refund of all payments made
- Rescheduling your booking for another available date or tour
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Processing time may take up to 30 working days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Changes & Rescheduling
If you wish to change the date of your booking, please contact us at banskoextreme@gmail.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes to the tour date, number of participants, or vehicle requested less than 14 days before the tour may not be possible.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
