Welcome to BANSKO EXTREME (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website banskoextreme.com and our services, including booking and payment of tours.
By using our Site and booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide adventure tours, activities, and related travel services in the Balkans. The description of each tour, including pricing and included services, is available on our Site.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking is confirmed once the deposit amount specified on the service page during booking has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the date specified on the service page at the time of booking. This information is also included in the booking confirmation email.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store card details.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Prices cover only the services explicitly listed for each tour. Additional expenses (e.g., personal insurance, meals not included, personal equipment) are the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to banskoextreme@gmail.com
Refunds are issued according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours in cases of:
- Force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, political instability)
- Insufficient participants
- Other circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, you will be offered either an alternative tour or a full refund.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure they are in good health and fit for the chosen activity
- Clients are responsible for having valid travel and health insurance
- Clients must follow the instructions of the guides at all times
We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries or accidents not caused by our negligence
- Delays or cancellations caused by third parties (e.g., transport, accommodation providers)
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Blagoevgrad.
